(Al-Baqara) 2 : 129

Our Lord! You depute a Messenger to them from among themselves explaining Your verses upon them and teaching them the Book and Wisdom, and purifying them; indeed You are the Exalted, the Wise!

Lord answered for the Messenger Ibrahim’s prayer approximately after 2500 years by deputing Muhammad as the last Prophet and Messenger. It is told in verses 62: 2-3: “He is the One who deputed an illiterate Messenger to them from among themselves reciting His verses upon them and teaching them about the Book and Wisdom! and indeed they were in manifest astray before, for other illiterates who have not joined them with, and He is the Exalted, the Wise!” It is told in verse 41: 41: “Indeed, Adhikr is the Exalted Book”, and in verse 3: 58: Adhikr is the Wise Reminder. Whoever prays with his soul as: “Oh My Lord! You increase my knowledge”, reads Adhikr from the beginning to the last, and follows and testifies, he is guided into the Straightpath. The Arabic Quran reading Fujjar who do not do so are strayed away from the Straightpath. It is told in verse 2: 18 that as the Fujjar are deaf, dumb, and blind towards Adhikr, they will never return into the Straightpath and to Paradise. Out of them, the hypocrites will enter Hell even without Trial as told in verse 4: 145, whereas their weakling followers will be led to Hell after Trial as told in verse 39: 71.

“Indeed, you are the Exalted, the Wise” means Lord Allah, the Omniscient, has already decided whatever happens in the universe and has recorded them in His Book Adhikr. He is the Unquestionable, Totalitarian, Despotic, and Dictator to decide when, where and how things should have happened. As told in verse 5: 118, on the Day of Judgment when all will be questioned, Messenger Jesus will reply as: “Indeed, if You do punish them, they are Your servants; if You do forgive them, Indeed You are the Exalted, the Wise”. Verses 40: 8 and 60: 5 also end as: “Indeed, you are the Exalted, the Wise”. Read together 2: 151. See explanation 1: 5; 4: 69-70 and 12: 3.
